Max Fit "Earn-it" Challenge
Would you like to earn a "Max Fit" T-shirt?
Here's how: Attend either a Saturday "Max Tuff" or Sunday "Max Fit" class for 10 consecutive weeks
if interested in taking part, please see Jeremy.
When:
The challenge begins the first week of August and ends on 14 October 2012.

Classes
MAX BOX
All fitness levels
This is a boxing class focusing on boxing technique,
strength and power drills whilst increasing your fitness
and coordination.
MAX FIT
All fitness levels
Circuit training class including various drills with minimal
rest in between. If you want to lose weight, tone and firm –
this class is a definite.
MUSCLE MAX
All fitness levels
This class uses a variety of exercises including barbells,
step boxes and weight plates. Increasing your strength,
burning fat and sculpting muscles.
MAX TUFF
All fitness levels
Military style class. Including lifting tyres, bodyweight exercises and sledge hammers. This class will take
you out of your comfort zone and beyond – be prepared!
