Hi friends in fitness. I've been in the fitness industry for 6 years but
have played and been around sport all my life. It was through the
love of sport that I became a qualified fitness trainer, personal trainer
and group fitness instructor. I'm very passionate in helping people
achieve their health and fitness goals, giving them the belief and
confidence to be mentally and physically stronger, and letting this play
a huge part of their every-day lifestyle. So no matter how big or small
the goal is let me and Maximus Fitness help you conquer it.

Hobbies: All sport, fishing, reading, fitness & weight training, and
chilling out with my loving family

Trainer specialisation: Kickboxing, boxing & pad work, circuits, boot camps, weight loss,
group classes, one on one, power/explosive strength training

Qualifications: NZ College of Fitness Certificate 5 in Fitness, NZ College of Fitness
Certificate 5 in Personal Training, Thump Certificate Boxing Level 1, Thump Certificate
Boxing Class Instructor Level 3, Thump Certificate Boxing Class Instructor Advanced,
NZ First Aid.

Jordan Fruean


I have been in the fitness industry for 7 years and am also a Youth
mentor. I find both jobs rewarding and enjoy seeing the people I work with
making positive changes in their lives. Maximus Fitness started as an
idea that we would help uplift the health of our community providing a
family focused environment and break down as many barriers as we can
to make fitness accessible to the community. My dream for Maximus
Fitness is to be successful enough to give back to our community and
provide more opportunities for our community to stay active. Whether it
be buying uniforms, sponsorship or paying sports fees to underprivileged
children. With your help I hope we can achieve this dream.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Sport and Recreation.

 Jeremy Chou-Lee
 
I've been a personal trainer coming on 5 years now. I've had a passion for this industry
when I first came into it and it's still going strong now. I love watching people dig down and
push themselves through sessions and with a little bit of motivation and support see them
reach their health and fitness goals.

Qualifications: NZ College of Fitness Certificate 5 in Fitness, NZ College of Fitness
Certificate 5 in Personal Training, NZ First Aid.
